 Akram-ul Haq, Ph.D. Pathologist's Assistant
Dr. Haq received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science (Honors) degrees from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. He obtained his Ph.D. in Nutrition from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Dr. Haq successfully completed two years of postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Nutrition, University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Haq also holds a Research Associate position at Texas A&M University in College Station. Additionally, Dr. Haq has published several research papers in professional journals.
 Katrina Fryar Pathologist's AssistantKatrina graduated with a bachelor's degree in Genetics and a minor in History in 2004 from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. She was employed for two years at Texas A&M as a research assistant in a protein folding laboratory studying the conformational stability of various mutations to ribonuclease Sa. In 2008, she received her medical technologist certification from the American Medical Technologists before becoming a Pathologist's Assistant with Brazos Valley Pathology.
Donna Nelson Pathology Coordinator Donna Nelson is a lifelong resident of the Brazos Valley. She was employed with St. Joseph Regional Health Center Pathology Department for 27 years where she gained knowledge and expertise in many aspects of pathology such as pathology reporting, specialized consults and pathology testing. Joining the group in January 2007, Donna works directly with physician offices, pathologists and hospital staff on operational processes to ensure quality patient results.
